Zhangjiagang TR tools Co., Ltd is located in Zhangjiagang city, Jiangsu province, China. It is 150 kilometers from Shanghai and can be reached in an hour by high-speed railway. Worth mentioning, Zhangjiagang Port is an international port with convenient worldwide connection.
The company which founded in March 2003, is now a professional tool bags tool pouch and knee pads manufacturer. 99% products are exported. In 2021, European market accounted for 60% of total sales, while 30% North America and 10% to Japan, The total annual sales in 2021 is 10 million in us dollars.
The company's premises covers 10,672 square meters (16 acres), and currently has more than 15000 square meters self-owned workshops. 15,000 square meters workshop has been under construction.
Now the company has 150 employees, 5 product developers, 20 QC inspectors. 130 sets of various kinds of sewing machines, 8 sets of cutting and preparation machines, as well as various kinds of measuring instrument for product loading test, ensuring our products compile with customers’ requirements prior to delivery. The company has registered trademark JACKMAN.
The company’s quality management system is certificated ISO9001-2015.
The company has expertise in cooperating with customers to develop professional tool bags. These includes tool bags, tool belts, professional engineer tool bags, trolley bags, backpacks and so on, especially the hard bottom waterproof bottom tool bag is company’s hot sale product. Yet another innovative idea, the company has developed a collapsible bag exporting to Japan. That is beneficially to save customers’ freight. The company has a wide range of products covering 1,000 types. Over the past 20 years, the company has provided over 100 ODM tool bags to Europe, America, Japan and other countries.

The History of TR

  • 1999

    - In 1999, Zhangjiagang TR international trade company was established and developed the trading business of hand tools.

  • 2003

    - In 2003, a joint venture factory was founded with STEELMAN INC USA to produce pliers. - We registered Zhangjiagang TR tools Co., Ltd.- Purchased 20 acres land to build standardized workshops which covered nearly 7,000m².

  • 2004

    - In 2004 ,Started production of tool bag on June 28 ,and this date was recognized as the factory anniversary day.

  • 2005

    - In 2005 Zhangjiagang TR Import & Export Co., Ltd was registered

  • 2007

    - In 2007, a three-story sewing workshop was built which covered 4,500m².

  • 2008

    - 2008, we built relationship with a Japanese KOHNAN home center and manufactured 42 OEM tool pouch /bags.

  • 2009

    - In 2009, we edited our first tool bag catalog.

  • 2010

    - In 2010, we OEM produced Dewalt knee pads for B&O via British client.

  • 2012

    - In 2012, we ODM tool bags for Klein tools of US customer. - In 2012 we acquired Zhangjiagang Excellent Industrial Mgf Inc

  • 2013

    - In 2013, a new plant of 5,000m² was built in area of Excellent Industrial.- In 2013, we edited our No.2 tool bag catalog

  • 2017

    - In 2017, We ODM tool bags for Wurth of Germany customer. - In 2017, The office building of Zhangjiagang Excellent Industrial tear down due to the viaduct construction demolition 600 flat.

  • 2019

    - In 2019, we received a notice from the government on March that TR Tools on No.2A Chenfeng Road would be demolished because of high-speed rail construction.
