  • How soon can we get a reply after sending an inquiry?

    We will reply within 12 hours in normal working days.

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a manufacturer having our sales team. We produce and sell by ourselves.

  • Which kind of products can you provide?

    We mainly produce tool bags, tool pouches and knee pads made of various materials.

  • Can your products meet REACH/SVHC? If it is required to test, will you cover the cost?

    Since 60% of our products are exported to Europe, we mark raw materials in warehouse. We promise that every order can meet the requirements. Our quotation does not cover testing cost, but we will bear it if the test result fails to meet the standards.

  • Can you manufacture customized products?

    Yes, majority of our products are customized. We can develop and produce according to drawings or samples supplied by the customer.

  • What is the production capacity and how long is the delivery time?

    We have 8 production lines and 20,000m² self-owned workshop giving us sufficient storage capacity to fulfill customers’ requirements. The lead time is 60 days.

  • How many employees are there in your company, especially technical staffs?

    Now we have 150 employees, including 5 R&D and 20 QC inspectors.

  • How can your company ensure the quality?

    1)Taking control of the incoming raw materials based on AQL 2.5 ISO2859-1 1999Edi. 2) Production process inspection, production inspection we will have corresponding inspection after each process .3) To pick up all the finished products .4) 100% inspection again before packing. 5)Delivery inspection / third-party inspection before shipment.

  • What is the term of payment?

    We will confirm payment terms with you when quotation, FOB, CIF, CFR EXW or other incoterm. Normal we need 30% down payment and 70% against by copy of B/L. we prefer T/T, but L/C is acceptable too.

  • How to deliver goods to customers?

    Usually, we deliver the goods by sea, because our factory are only 20 kilometers away from Zhangjiagang port and 100 kilometers from Shanghai Port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also air freight, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Pudong airport are very close to us.

  • Where your products sale to?

    Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, France, Britain, South Korea, Australia, Canada and other dozens of countries.

  • May I visit your company and how to get to there?

    You are welcome to visit us. You can fly to Shanghai (PVG or SHA) first and then go to Zhangjiagang by high-speed railway. Or else, you can fly to WuXi airport(WUX) .

  • Your company has moved to new workshop after demolition in 2020. Is the new place far away from the original? How about the new workshop?

    Our factory was relocated in January 2020 and moved to Chenfeng road NO.1518，just across the road. The new workshop originally covers 15,000m², and another 15,000m² will be completed in Dec 2022.
